Private villa fully equipped
At the end of 2021 we purchased a beautiful villa and completely renovated it. Of course Susan took care of the styling and it has become a gem again! The lovely large veranda with large Kamado BBQ is a fantastic place to spend the evenings in the summer. In winter you can enjoy beautiful walks and the cozy fireplace. One day less weather? Plop down on the comfy lounge sofas and stream your favorite Netflix series.
From spring 2023 there will be a private swimming pool at the villa.

The ideal location for a larger group
The villa is suitable for groups of up to 8 people and has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a spacious double bed and a bedroom with a double bunk bed. In the hallway you will find an extra bathroom. The spacious kitchen offers the opportunity to enjoy cooking and chatting while enjoying a good glass of wine. There is a spacious workplace and good WiFi, making it the ideal workplace for when you want to get away from it all.
Privacy and the comforts of Rancone Lodges
Our private villa is located just above the campsite. Enjoy privacy and the conveniences that our campsite has to offer. You can use all the facilities of Rancone Lodges, such as the river, the cozy lounge bar and all organized activities. The kids can walk straight from the villa to the campsite to enjoy themselves there for hours. In winter, when the campsite is closed, the wellness is all yours every day!

Pool
The villa has its own saltwater pool and a beautifully landscaped garden with lots of green and colour. The pool has a shallow area for kids and around it are nice sunbeds and parasols.

One of Italy's best kept secrets. The river Serchio, where our campsite is located, crosses the area and separates the Apuanas from the Apennines. We are still discovering new places in our beautiful area. Grab the car and enjoy the medieval villages, the beautiful nature and the friendly people.
