Take a refreshing dip in our spacious 14 x 8 metre swimming pool and then pick your favourite spot on one of the comfy lounge beds with plenty of shaded areas. You don’t even have to leave your lounger — our staff will happily bring your drink right to the poolside. Relaxing has never been easier.

Whether you visit us in early May or late September, you can enjoy all our facilities throughout the entire season. The pool invites you for a refreshing swim, the restaurant and bar offer delicious moments of indulgence and the wellness area is the perfect place to unwind. Our yoga classes and massages also run all season long, allowing you to enrich your stay with balance and relaxation.

In our cosy restaurant, you’re welcome all day long: start with a delicious breakfast, enjoy a relaxed lunch or settle down for an afternoon aperitivo in the warm sunshine. In the evening, you can join us for a crispy, freshly baked pizza from our own pizzeria.

As an agriturismo, we work exclusively with local and Tuscan ingredients — so with every bite, you taste the true flavours of the region. Buon appetito!

Our outdoor kitchen is the perfect place to fry a fresh egg in the morning or whip up a delicious pasta dish later in the day. You’ll find everything you need: two sinks, four gas hobs, a BBQ, pans, utensils and even a herb garden to give your meal that special finishing touch.

For the safety of little chefs, no plates, cutlery or sharp knives are provided. The outdoor kitchen is included with the belltents and can be easily added on for camping pitches.

Cooking outdoors has never felt so cosy 🌿

Our campsite has a centrally located sanitary lodge with six showers and six toilets, always clean and comfortable. Guests staying on a With a View spot even have their own private sanitary unit on the hill — wonderfully practical and very luxurious. For campers, a convenient dump and fill up station is available.

Although we don’t have our own washing machine, the village offers a great self-service launderette within walking distance. In just half an hour your laundry smells fresh again and while you wait, you can enjoy a coffee or do some shopping. This way we also support the local economy 😊

We’re not (yet) a fully ecological campsite, but we are committed to becoming greener every year. We separate waste, serve table water in refillable glass bottles and our solar panels and heat pumps provide sustainable hot water in the sanitary lodge, rooms and restaurant. We also make our own compost for the herb garden and vegetable garden, ensuring nothing goes to waste and everything returns to nature.

Step by step, we work towards becoming more sustainable — and together with our guests, we truly make a difference.

For experienced riders, we organise beautiful trail rides with our Arabian horses — elegant and energetic horses that are perfect for adventures in nature. During these tours, you’ll cross the river, ride through idyllic Italian lanes and enjoy views you’ll never forget.

In the summer, we also take the horses (and the kids!) into the river several times a week for a refreshing swim. It’s a magical experience every single time: splashing, laughing and building a unique bond between horse and rider.

Two experiences that will stay with you for a long time 🐎

Since 2024, we have two brand-new charging stations on our estate, making it incredibly easy to stay with us with an electric car. No need to search for chargers in the area — just plug in and relax while you enjoy everything our accommodation has to offer.
